This boss definitely spawns, but you need patience for the drop rate or very lucky to have it early

You can come frome the low ground on the left, climb up and fight them behind sarcophagus without agroing other mobs (you might have to fight the scarrab on the low ground). I farmed both cats (one after the other) as mage in light armor

Its the left cat when you enter, you can sneak around there is 1 area 1m below from where the cats are and you can just pull the cat there and fight him without killing any mobs. 4 MIN RESPAWN
