Upgrade seems to be on the PTR, should come with S4.

Still no upgrade fix to this item, does not show up in the kiln.

Update : I did some tests and actually realized that there is the same problem for other weapons dropped by Au'cahn (the mob that drops Pillar of Winter) which are Voidblast (Blunderbuss) and Worn Upon Stone (Rapier). Curiously, it is the only epic items dropped by Au'cahn whose name don't contain "Tanglevine" in it. It doesn't explain anythin but i though it was worth notin.
Second point : I was also thinking maybe the Pillar of Winter that i dropped had a too low GS (633 for me which is below 650 GS). Hower, i dropped a lot of other items which have even lower GS and they are perfectly upgradable to 700 GS at the Gypsum Kiln.
---> Conclusion is : It does not make any sense and I hope they fix this really soon because it's really anoying to farm an item for several days to find out it was not even worth it because it's no upgradable.

Same happened to me, drop 636 and I can't see it in the Gypsum Kiln

+1. someone drop it between 675 and 700gs? do you see it in the Gypsum Kiln ?

Item seems to be bugged because it is not showing in the Gypsum Kiln for upgrade to level 700. Did other player notice this problem also or am I alone ?

I can confirm this drops without Boon and it is upgradeable to 700 using the kiln. Got it on around 50 kills.
