Follow the trail of blood and cloth. The trail will lead you to the Scratchrock Burrows.
Inside you need to defeat the bear Scratchy.

At the Spire of Kochab you want to grab the side quest Brushed by Fate.

To restore the Verdant Gemstone you need to climb up the Spire of Kochab.
The way up is marked with white paint on the stones you need to climb.
As soon as you placed the Verdant Gemstone, the quest sends you back to Corinth, talking to Saatvik.
There you can also turn in the side quest Brushed by Fate, by speaking to Fude Hinode.

Before you had back, turn in the side quest The Bear of Scratchrock and discover the fast travel point, Eldergate Shrine.
Fast travel from there or use your recall to inn.

Ater talking to Saatvik, he will send you to Grace O'Malley.
