This artifact drops from Typhon. It is the second boss of the Raid Hive of Gorgons.
Different to the weekly Loot-ID for the standard loot there is NO Loot-ID for the artifacts.
Means you can kill this boss as often as you want per week, until it drops your artifact.
To unlock all the missing perks complete Artifact: Trsna.

Props to AGS for a unique artifact promoting an uncommon playstyle. Knockdown+ trenchant recovery+ Lifesteal+ blooddrinker+ Leeching will heal you to full every heavy, seems like so much fun. bonus points for looking cool as 🤬
Edit: Using Leeching Path of destiny + prevailing spirit in the crowd crusher tree = 97% more healing on top of the previously mentioned. Looks like i know what build im running on fresh start
