Very situational perk. Dont really see any good use for this tbh, you can run hoplite lifestaff with "meta" perks and put out 20% weakens or 30% rend like no problem.
I might go too far with this one but they should have made it so that it can 15-30% overheal teammates (maybe pve only) with maybe small downside.

Barely a week since release it gets nerfed why are us healers getting shafted so much in this game
First the "dps" life staff through bs pvp and now something good already shot down
